Your payment gateway is a separate service provider that facilitates card, EFT and other payments. It charges a small percentage of each transaction, just like a point-of-sale terminal at a retail outlet.
You can choose to register with one of these three payment gateway providers. We will then make sure you connect seamlessly with that provider.
Choose from three reputable couriers and we will integrate the courier service with your business. The courier is notified when anyone buys something from your website. They arrange collection and delivery.
You pay per transaction, with prepaid ‘stickers’, which are deducted from your account whenever you use the courier. Simple.
We love nothing more than to do extra work on clients’ websites, but we have to charge extra for this, since it can keep us up into the small hours.
During the development process, we will ask you to approve each stage before we complete it. After approval, you are welcome to request changes and customisations, but these will cost extra.
We upload your site to your server and connect your online shop to your chosen payment gateway and courier so that everything is ready for that first transaction. Next, we register an account and do a mock transaction. If everything is running smoothly, we go live!
For consistent, believable branding, we set up email templates with your logos and colours, making sure that every email that goes out to your customers is clearly from you.
